INGREDIENTS

250g butter
½ cup castor sugar
Cream well
Then add
2 eggs
1 teaspoon rose essence
Beat well
Then add
½ cup maizena (corn flour)
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
+-2 ½ cups flour
Pipe dough onto greased trays
Bake at 180 till golden and done


METHOD

Icing
125g butter
Cream well add 2 cups icing sugar and few drops rose essence and a splash of milk..add pink colour..when biscuits are cool sandwich 2 together with icing...
