INGREDIENTS
1 box bakers nuttikrust biscuits2 bars crunchie chocolate80g good quality white chocolate½ tub Lancewood mascarpone cheese500ml fresh cream
METHOD
1. Roughly crush the nuttikrust & crunchie.2. Melt white chocolate and cool slightly.3. Whip mascarpone till smooth, then fold in the white chocolate.4. Whip the cream till it peaks, then fold the cream into macaroons mixture.5. Layer cream mixture, crushed biscuit and chocolate alternatively.6. Place in the fridge to chill well.7.
