Mix spice in trim to taste. Deep fry chips till crispy. Mix all ingredients together for kebabs. Roll golf ball sized balls. Place in freezer to harden. Then place on greased tray and bake in preheated oven at 180degC for 15-20min until browned and firm. Cut roti into halves. Place kebabs and chips, drizzle on sauce and roll in roti.
