INGREDIENTS
Kebabs-500g mutton mince¼ cup oats1 egg1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon garlic1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)½ teaspoon white pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sauce:Cross & Blackwell TrimMochachos hot spice
Also needed:RotiMc'Cains sweet potato chips
METHOD
Mix spice in trim to taste.Deep fry chips till crispy.Mix all ingredients together for kebabs. Roll golf ball sized balls. Place in freezer to harden. Then place on greased tray and bake in preheated oven at 180 deg C for 15-20 minutes until browned and firm.Cut roti into halves.Place kebabs and chips, drizzle on sauce and roll in roti.
