Ingredients: White bread slices Margarine Grated gouda cheese Dried mixed herbs 2 large potatoes Salt, pepper & butter (to taste) 250g chicken fillet (cubed) 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cook chicken till done. Boil or bake potatoes, mash and season with salt, pepper and butter. Cut off crusts of bread. Spread margarine one side. Place margarine side down in muffin pan. Sppon in cooked chicken, top on mash, then cheese and herbs. Bake in preheated 180degC oven till bread toasts abd becomes golden brown. Leave for a minutes to cool and remove from pan. Serve hot.
