1 packet baby marrow spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive/coconut oil
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Pinch ground green chilli
1-2 teaspoon peppadew spice
1 tablespoon Robertson's veggie spice
1 1⁄2 cups Mc'Cains french stir fry
Soy sauce (to taste)
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
Heat oil, add garlic and chilli and stir fry for few seconds.
Add baby marrow and stir fry for 3min. Remove from wok.
Add veggies and spices. Stir fry till just tender. Add in marrow spaghetti, sauce and sesame seeds.
Toss together and coat well.
Note: I do not add salt in this dish as the sauce and spices are salty. Cooked chicken or beef strips may be added to dish.
