INGREDIENTS
1 punnets fresh strawberries or frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon strawberry essence
1 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tin condensed milk
few drops pink food coloring
good pinch of Elachi (cardomom)
2 cups ( 2 by 250 ml) fresh cream
METHOD
Cut strawberries into small pieces ,
crush until a little soft uet still small pieces in it ,
if you are using frozen strawberries then pulse in a processor until pea size pieces .
Add the tin of condensed milk and mix .
Add the lemon juice , Elachi (cardomom) powder , food coloring and strawberry essence .
minutes and place aside
In another bowl
beat fresh cream until peaks form, fold in the strawberry mixture
Pour into mould or ice cream lolies and freeze overnite
