250 grm mango pulp
100 grm condensed milk
100 ml double cream
1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
250 grm milk powder
1 teaspoon fresh crushed Elaichi
1⁄2 teaspoon egg yellow color
Pinch of saffron strands
Add the condensed milk and mango pulp mix it well and pour the mixture into non stick pot.
Cook on low heat until reduced by half.
Add double cream and vanilla and cook until the mixture becomes really thick.
If u feel need to add more sugar to taste. Now add milk powder and mix well.
Turn off the heat crush the fresh green Elaichi and mix it into. Set in a tray. Garnish with slice or chopped Almonds. Set in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into pieces …ENJOY 🌼
