3 tablespoon fresh cream
7 baby plum tomatoes
6 slices polony
1 fresh green chilli
Handful grated gouda cheese
Salt and pepper
Fry polony and dice.
Slice and saute tomatoes with drizzle oil and pinch salt.
Slice green chilli.
Grease frying pan for eggs and heat.
Beat eggs with cream.
Pour in pan and scramble.
When halfway done add tomatoes, polony, chilli and cheese.
When done season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with crusty bread or toast.
