Potatoes in green masala

Boil potatoes cut into chunks medium sized. Now take oil in a pan. Add ½ teaspoon raai (mustard seeds)
½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) curry leaves 1 tablespoon fresh chopped Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) 2-3garlic cloves and 2-3 green chilies chopped them and add 1 teaspoon turmeric and salt to taste mix all together cook 5 minutes and add potatoes mix and add chopped coriander leaves and ½ lemon juice. Serve with roti or puri 🍲🍲🍲
