4 large potatoesSalt and pepper to taste1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon crushed garlicChopped dhania (coriander) Chopped spring onions1 cup finely cubed gouda cheese2-3 beaten eggsBreadcrumbs
Make a dry mash by baking potatoes in microwave.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix in all other ingredients and form cutlets.
Leave in fridge to firm up.
Dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry in shallow oil till golden and crispy.
Serve with chutney.
