500g chicken fillet cubed
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
3 slices white bread
1 cup milk
4 extra large eggs
2 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cook chicken until done. Allow to cool.
Soak bread in milk.
When soft, beat with egg beater.
Add eggs and ghee (Clarified butter) and beat well.
Add chicken and baking powder and mix in.
Pour into greased pan and bake in preheated oven at 180degC for approx 20min.
Allow to cool.
Cut into squares. (Freezer suitable now).
Dip into beaten eggs and shallow fry until golden and crispy on either side.
Drain excess oil on kitchen paper and serve with chutney.
