2 cups milk
155g tin nestle dessert cream
Sugar to taste
1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon falooda powder
Marshmallow syrup/ Pink coloring
Twister marshmallows (snipped in pieces)
1. Heat milk, cream and sugar in pot, add marshmallows and whisk until almost to boil, then add falooda powder.
2. Bring to a gentle boil, remove from heat and allow to cool a little.
3. Add syrup/colouring into half. Leave other half plain.
4. Pour into shot glasses.
5. Allow to set 2-3 hours and decorate with marshmallow pieces.
