NASEEMA KHAN'S RECIPES

RECIPE


500 g klim or nespray
1 teaspoon melted butter
1⁄4 tin nestle cream
Rub well and put in food processor
Make syrup
1 3⁄4 cup Normal sugar
+- 1 3⁄4 cup water (use Rose water if u have available)
Add rose essence
Make syrup
Stringy
Add klim mixture
To syrup
1 teaspoon crushed Elachi (cardomom)
mix and cook well on stove few minutues
Leave to set
Then mould or cut shapes
Decorate with almonds

(Optional sprinkle pinch of Elachi (cardomom) again on top
With small pinch crushed saffron)

Enjoy

Ground almonds in klim mix.
