Custard Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

250g margarine or butter, softened
1 cup icing sugar
7 tablespoon custard powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 ½ - 3 cups flour

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Cream butter, icing sugar and custard powder until the mixtire resembles light, yellow, fluffy cloud
Add the egg and pinch of salt and mix until combined
Add the baking powder and flour (enough to form a dough soft enough to pipe out a nozzle- I used about 2 ¾ cups of flour, or until you knead the dough and the dough doesnt stick to them)
Pipe desired shapes onto a greased baking tray and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the bottoms are golden
