1 liter milk
5-6 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon custard powder
1 and ½ teaspoon Elaichi powder
Pinch of saffron strand
Soak sago in water.
Now take a milk in the pot.
Add sugar and Elaichi powder.
Stir and cook on medium flame.
Now add saffron and custard powder.
Mix custard with little milk and make lump free paste then add into the milk.
After 10 minutues. Add vermicelli and soaked Sago. Keep stirring.
Then add all chopped nuts,raisins &a coconut flakes. On slow flame cook until thick.
Remove from stove.
Serve hot or cold as desire.
