INGREDIENTS
Topping:
50g butter
50g light brown sugar
7 pineapple rings in syrup
glace cherries
cake:
100g butter
100g castor sugar
100g self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanillah essense
2 tablespoon maziena
2 eggs
2 tablespoon milk or more
METHOD
TOPPING
melt ,butter and sugar on stove,drain
and
syrup pineapple(tin),add melted butter
and sugar to the bottom of cake pan
arrange pineapple rings,and add cherries
to the middle of each pineapple ring
CAKE
preheat oven at 180 dgrees.cream butter
and sugar.add eggs 1 at a time,add
sifted
flour,baking powder and maziena.then add
vanillah ,add milk,add cake batter on
top
of prepared pineapple rings.bake for 30-
35 minutes
