RECIPE
FOR THE TART BASE+- 125 g melted butter or margarine1 packet Tennis or Marie BiscuitsCrushed ( leave 1 aside for topping)Mix the above together and press it In a foil based tart tray or place foil in a casserole
Keep in fridge to harden a bit 10 minutes
MILK PUDDINGHeat 2 cups milk with2 - 3 sticks of cinnamonAdd 1 tablespoon BUTTERMake the above hotNowMake a paste with little milk 1 heaped tablespoon mazina1 heaped tablespoon flour1 heaped tablespoon custardadd to above heating milkStir on med heatAdd Vanilla essenceCook till the pudding is ThickNowRemove the Cinnamon sticksRemove the foil casseroleFrom fridgeAnd fill the casserole with the pudding mixSmoothen it properly with a spatulasprinkle a bit of cinnamon( optional little crushed biscuit on top) Place back in fridge to setEnjoy cold
