FOR THE TART BASE +- 125 g melted butter or margarine 1 packet Tennis or Marie Biscuits Crushed ( leave 1 aside for topping) Mix the above together and press it In a foil based tart tray or place foil in a casserole
Keep in fridge to harden a bit 10 minutes
MILK PUDDING Heat 2 cups milk with 2 - 3 sticks of cinnamon Now Make a paste with little milk 1 heaped tablespoon mazina 1 heaped tablespoon flour 1 heaped tablespoon custard add to above heating milk Stir on med heat Add ¼ teaspoon cinnamon pwdr Cook till the pudding is Thick Now Remove the Cinnamon sticks Remove the foil casserole From fridge And fill the casserole with the pudding mix Smoothen it properly with a spatula sprinkle a bit of cinnamon ( optional little crushed biscuit on top) Place back in fridge to set Enjoy cold
