INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon gharum masala
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 green chilli-pounded
2 teaspoon freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 kg filleted kingklip or hake
oil for shallow-frying
METHOD
Combine spices, dhania (coriander) & lemon juice &
rub onto fish. Set aside to marinate 20
minutes. Heat oil in heavy pan & shallow
fry util done.
INFO & TIPS
Garnish with freshly chopped dhania before serving.
