500 grm Mutton with bones
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon fennel seeds powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 and 1⁄2 teaspoon red chili powder
1⁄2 teaspoon haldi
2-3 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 tablespoon whole crushed dhana
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
2-3 grated tomatoes
1-2 tablespoon yogurt
1⁄4 cup crushed fried onion
Marinate Mutton with above ingredients except fried onion. Keep in fridge for 1⁄2 hour.
Now take oil in the pan. Add 1⁄2 teaspoon jeera. Then add Mutton. Stir well.
Cover and cook on very slow flame until Mutton going to soft and tender. No need to add water.
This Mutton cooks it's own water.
When completely done then add fried onion. Mix well cook another 5 minutues.
Lastly add chopped coriander and mint.
Serve with naan,roti or rice.
