INGREDIENTS
1 pound beef sirloin 1 tablespoon red masala 1 teaspoon teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Garlic cloves crushed Lemon juice 1 sachet tomato paste Salt to taste Tomato sauce ¼ cup peri peri marinade Olive oil
METHOD
Wash and drain beef
Marinade with the above for at least one day. Add to pot with excess marinade cook for an hour to an hour and a half. Cut slices to see if cooked through if still pink in the centre cook for another half an hour. Allow water to burn and marinate to thicken a bit. Place cooked beef to a pyrex and grill on 200 for 15 minutes turning once or twice use marinade to baste when grilling
