Pineapple salad with Thai Dressing

1 small pineapple, cored clean and cut into chunks
1 red apple thinly sliced
½ red onion thinly sliced
1 - 2 nartjies
1 Red and green pepper julienne
Spring onions

Dressing
@allthingsnice_dubai

1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Saute garlic & sesame seeds in olive oil, then add:
2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoon Mrs balls chutney
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon amli (tamerine) sauce
Squeeze of lemon juice

Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
