Ingredients: 9 slices white bread 2 eggs 1 avocado Lime juice Butter Salt Sriracha sauce
Method: Draw puzzle shapes on paper or cardboard. Place on bread and cut out shapes. Lightly butter bread and toast in oven slightly. Slice avo and place on toast and neaten shape with knife. Drizzle over some lime juice. Fry eggs till yolks have cooked. Place on toast, neaten shape with knife. Sprinkle on some salt. Assemble puzzle and serve with Sriracha sauce.
