INGREDIENTS
1kg. Calamari (any u prefer)
10ml Crushed garlic
2 and half tablespoons Oil
5 Tomatoes, liquidised
1 level teaspoon Borrie
2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 teaspoon Salt
Bout 1 Lemon's juice (2 tablespoons)
Half bunch dhania (coriander), chopped
Bout 8 small curry leaves
METHOD
Heat oil and garlic together in pot. Add
tomatoes (pot must be quite high). Add
spices then after 5 minutes add lemon
juice. Reduce heat to medium. Add dhania (coriander)
and curry leaves. Let sauce reduce by
letting it cook for about 30 minutes
till it resembles tomato puree. Lastly
add Calamari and cook till done but
tender. Delicious with rice or fresh
white bread.
