1 packet halloumi slit in the middle and make big squares .
1 punnet mushrooms cleaned and thick slices
1 red pepper sliced
1 Brenjol sliced ( optional )
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 onions sliced thick
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 avo ( optional )
flat bread pitas
2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha sace
Add oil in a pan with some garlic add slices brenjol cook until soft , set aside.
Add mushrooms to the pan also with some garlic and oil , add some salt and pepper stir fry and any spice should you wish . set aside
stir fry red peppers
Note : you can stir fry mushrooms and peppers together should you wish.

or soften avo add freshly squeezed lemon and 1 teaspoon yogurt and mix
onions should be fried just Before serving
add little oil the onions fry until half way done add the sugar and caramelize it .
