INGREDIENTS
2 cups elbow noodles bolied in salted
water
1 english cucumber diced
1 green pepper cubed
1 pineapple chopped
2 green apples (granny smith) cubed
1 cup sweetcorn boiled
enough mayonnaise
Green chutney:
green chillies
green dhania (coriander)
1 clove garlic
whole jeeroo
vinegar
Liquidise the chutney ingredients.
METHOD
Mix all the above into the pasta. Ideal
for braais..
