INGREDIENTS
500 ml (2 cups) Water
2 packets Maggi Asian 2 minutes Noodles
60ml (¼ cup) Crosse & Blackwell Sweet
Chilli Sauce
¼ cucumber, cut into cubes
1 cup of pineapple pieces
2 sticks celery thinly sliced
1 onion , finely chopped or grated
1 hard-boiled egg & lettuce leaves to
garnish
METHOD
Boil the water and cook 2 minute
noodles with the contents of the
flavour sachet, for 2 minutes
Drain and reserve 60ml of the liquid
In a bowl mix sweer chilli sauce.
cucumber, pineapple, celery, onion and
the liquid from the noodles
Toss in the noodles and mix well
Server on lettuce leaves and garnish
with egg pieces
INFO & TIPS
To increase protein content add strips
of cooked chicken
For a different flavour add Mango
slices as a substitute for pineapple
For a vegetarian option omit egg.
