RECIPE
Ready dough or Arabic dough
Roll out rectangular shape
Quantity of ingredients should be of your preference
SmearJam..cinnamon powder
Sugar..nutmeg ..can add dessicated coconut..raisins.. pecans
Roll up tightly like a Swiss roll
Cut up Swiss rounds 2 cm width
Grease a baking tray place rounds
Brush with egg or milk
Let it ride double in size
30 minutes in warm place
Bake at 190* 12- 15 minutes
When cold
Spoon mixture of icing sugar mixed with milk ,water vanilla over
Garnish with chopped pecans
Enjoy
