1 litre milk 4-5 eggs 6 tablespoon sugar 1 and half teaspoon vanilla essence 4-5 slices white bread
Grease a pyrex dish. Cut off crusts from the bread.Butter the bread on both sides and then cut into squares.Place the bread in the pyrex dish.Beat together ingredients from milk to vanilla essence. Pour milk mixture over the bread. Sprinkle nutmeg and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
