INGREDIENTS 1 kg Chicken /Mutton/Beef 2 tablespoon oil Braise till mince changes colour Add 1 teaspoon crushed whole jeera 1 tablespoon green chillies Or crushed red chilli 1 ½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon dhana jeera m 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon tumeric (tumeric) 1Tblsp any chicken spice (optional) for chicken Or Chops and Steak spice for mutton or beef (optional) Cook till mince is dry. Keep aside In a seperate pan add 3-4 large chopped onion in pan without any oil to burn the water out You can leave onion white or add little tumeric to it. Add the onion to the above cooled mince and mix well adjust your salt and chilies taste add your greeens
You can place pot back on stove and slightly cook the onion and mince mixture. When cooled. Add chopped dhania (coriander) Or also shallot/mint You can add if you like mayo.or any sauce To the mixture or lemon juice.
