INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken (I used fillet)1 Onion chopped 1 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon Dhana jeeroo Salt to taste¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon red chillies (or according to taste)Handful of cube green peppers +-3 tablespoon Sweet Chillie Sauce+-3 tablespoon Tomato Sauce+- 3-4 tablespoon Mayonaise
METHOD
Sauté the onions in ghee (Clarified butter), add chicken, ginger garlic, arad (Turmeric), dhana jeeroo, salt and red chillies and cook chicken, then add the sweet chillie sauce, tomato sauce and the green peppers , cook on a medium heat until done.Than add the mayonaise, mix and heat through.
