1 Coleslaw mix “shredded cabbage and carrots” 1 small packet frozen peas 2 potatoes cubed 1 small cauliflower cubed
2 teaspoon dhana powder 2 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon red chilies 2 teaspoon shan pau bhaji (Spinach) mix 2 teaspoon Shan sambhar masala
2 Chopped onions 2 chopped tomatoes Green dhana for garnishing 2 tablespoon butter
Boil all veggies in a pressure cooker till soft .. separately braise onions in oil with whole jeera Add tomatoes once onions are golden brown Add all masalas “spices” Add boiled veg .. mash it all up really nicely Add little water Cover and cook Before serving sprinkle little sambhar masala from on top Add butter Sprinkle onions and green dhana
