2 tablespoon butter 1 green chilli chopped half an onion chopped handful green dhania (coriander) cut finely
1 small tin creamstyle sweetcorn grated cheese
Add salt, pepper and milk to the mashed potato. Melt butter and saute onion, chilli and dhania (coriander). Add to mashed potato.Grease casserole. Place mash in casserole. Then place sweetcorn over mash. Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle dhania (coriander) and bake at 180 degrees for 15mins..
