INGREDIENTS
1Kg fish
oi (as required)
4 tablespoon Seafood Masala
¼ cup tamarind juice
2 medium onions (sliced)
2 teaspoon Onion and rice spice
3large tomatoes (pureed/grated)
METHOD
Fry onions in oil till golden brown. Add
onion and rice spice, tomatoes, fish masala.
Lower heat, stir allowing the spices to
saturate.
Add fish and tamarind juice.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add dhania (coriander) and curry leaves.
