INGREDIENTS
250g green mangoes
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
1 teaspoon vinegar
Pinch is salt
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
Chillies to taste
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole Elachi (cardomom)
Few strands saffron
2 tablespoon strawberry syrup
METHOD
Wash, dry and cut mangoes, set aside.
Than mix together the rest of the ingredients on the stove until the sugar melts and let it come to a boil, add the mangoes and let it cook until the mangoes absorbs the syrup and it becomes thick.
Allow to cool.
