INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables. 1 small green pepper (sliced). ½ onion (sliced). Fry in little ghee (Clarified butter) with 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) until soft.. Boil 1 cup rice with salt and a pinch of haldi as normal.. Mix rice with vegetables,,add teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice),spice for rice and steam..
500g Steak fillets cut into pieces
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 green chillies sliced
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon whole peppercorns
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon mayonaise
3 tablespoon sour milk
3 tablespoon ground tomato
1 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 tablespoon chicken spice
1 tablespoon bbq/peri peri spice
Saute one large onion with sliced green/red peppers
Add in steak and cook till done..dont burn out gravy
