250g werthers original chewy toffees or 250g eclairs (or a mix of both)
2 Elmea double cream
2lt vanilla ice cream
1pkt Maryland hazelnut cookies
1.)leave ice cream aside to melt slightly...not too runny.
2.)crush cookies and leave aside.
3.)mix toffees and cream into a saucepan and melt over low heat till toffee is completely dissolved (stir frequently)
4.) mix (1.),(2.)&(3.)...pour into moulds and freeze overnight.
5.) remove from freezer 10-15mins before serving
