250 butter Not marg1 cup sugar1 egg2 cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder1 tin Caramel Chocolate - dark, milk or white
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar, add eggAdd dry ingredientsForm soft doughRest 15minForm balls, make thumbprint indentBake at 180 for 10 to 15min
Fill with Caramel and drizzle with chocolate
INFO & TIPS
Sprinkle with pecan nuts or almonds
Dip entire biscuit into chocolate, dip edges into crushed nuts before filling with Caramel
