1kg chk mince
¾ cup.oil dhall (lentils) boiled but not mushy
1 cup frozen peas.
2 to 3 carrots grated
2 and a half cups rice boiled and drained
2 tomatoes pureed and 2 tablespoon tomato puree
2 whole green chillies
½ teaspoon.arad (Turmeric).and ½.teaspoon egg yellow colouring
2.teaspoon crushed red chillies.
½ teaspoon.crushed Jeeru (Cumin).
1 tablespoon. Lemon juice.
1 and half teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)/oil
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
6 potatoes fried
Cinnamon stick.Elachi (cardomom) cloves and.whole black pepper.
1.)Braise onions and whole Jeeru (Cumin) in ghee (Clarified butter)/oil..
2.)Add mince and cinnamon Elachi (cardomom) etc..
When mince is dry add all masalas ..
3.)Let cook then add tomato and puree. .
Add carrots.and peas...
4.)Lastly add.dhall (lentils).and green chillies and green dhania (coriander) and mix
(Mixture mustn't b dry) - save a bit of boiled dhall (lentils),peas and carrots for garnishing.
5.)add rice on top
Garnish with fried onions and bit of boiled dhall (lentils) grated carrot and peas .
Steam in oven....for half an hour
Can layer in casserole also .😊
