INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoon chana flour
4 tablespoon cake flour
salt,arad (Turmeric)(pinch)
red chillies,dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon b.powder
water
thin slices of potatoes ,onions,Kajoor (Dates) cut in half
METHOD
Mix all dry ingred and make batter with water,not
very thin/watery.Dip potatoes/onions/Kajoor (Dates) in
batter and fry.NJOY!
