INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken mince
¼ bunch green
dhania (coriander)
green chillies as per taste
2 boiled potatoes
2 grated onion
squeese out water
3 teaspoon coarse dhana/jeeru (cumin)
¼ cup coconut
¼ cup badam (almond) powder
¼ loaf brown bread dnt soak
process in. foodprocessor, and 2and
½ teaspoon. Baking powder.Salt to taste
METHOD
Grind dhania (coriander) and green chillies.Mash
boiled potatoes.Add all ingrediants to
washed and well drained mince. Mix
well. Form into cutlets. Boil water in
a pot. Immerse cutlets into the boiling
water. When cutlets rise to the
top.Remove into colander. Cool.Freeze.
When required dip in well beaten egg to
which is added ¼ teaspoon.baking powder. Fry in
shallow oil.Enjoy
