INGREDIENTS
125g butter
1 cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy
Then add
2 eggs and mix well
Add half teaspoon bicarb
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Three quater cup milk
1n half cups flour
Mix well
Put in cupcake cases and bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes
When cool peel off case and dip in syrup
Syrup must be warm,and runny
METHOD
SYRUP:
1 tin caramel treat
1 cup milk
Whisk and boil till smooth and runny
Dip in syrup whilst still warm and roll in coconut
