1 chicken
2 medium/large onions
2 taj sticks
3 whole Elachi (cardomom)
½ teaspoon pepper corns
4 large tomatoes
3 or 4 medium potatoes cut in half
2 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 level tablespoon salt
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 heap tablespoon ginger garlic
Braise onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with taj,Elachi (cardomom) & peppercorns.Add in chicken.Once chicken is cooked add in spices and simmer for about 5min.Add in tomatoes & potatoes with 3 cups water.Cook till potatoes are soft.
