2 cups flour
2 tab mazeina
4 tab oil
1 tab ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon salt
Make dough with hot water
Knead well with ghee (Clarified butter) hands
Divide into 10 balls
Roll each ball into a circle smear ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle mazeina den fold in half from both sides bring to centre smear ghee (Clarified butter) and mazeina den bring 2 ends up to form a square place on floured tray drizzle oil over each square an place in fridge to rest. When ready to serve roll out square on floured boardAnd sekh on hot tawa with teaspoons of ghee (Clarified butter) till puffed up and golden brown
2) Roll into balls
3) Roll each ball into a circle than smear ghee (Clarified butter) and sprinkle mazeina
4) fold the circle in half from both sides
5) bring to the centre than smear ghee (Clarified butter) again and sprinkle mazeina
6) than bring two ends up to form a square
7) drizzle oil over each square
8) leave in fridge till ready to roll
9) Roll in a square and put in non stick fry pan with some ghee (Clarified butter) do it on high heat puffs up lovely see don't burn
10) before serving little ghee (Clarified butter) again
