INGREDIENTS
- 250 gm butter- ¾ cup icing sugar- ¼ cup oil- 2 Egg yolks- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence- 3 tablespoon cornflour- 2 teaspoon baking powder- 3 cups & 2 tablespoon cake flour- Egg white & dessicated coconut for dipping - plain melted dairy milk chocolate
METHOD
- Beat sugar & butter well till fluffy & pale.
- Add in oil, egg yolks & vanilla essence.
- Fold in baking powder, corn flour & cake flour.
- Make equal round balls.
- Dip in egg white then in dessicated coconut.
- Place in baking tray 3 cm apart.
-Make a deep dent in a middle with your small finger & bake at 160*C till golden brown.
-Warm some jam & fill them after.
INFO & TIPS
🔴YOU CAN FILL THEM WITH PLAIN MELTED CHOCOLATE DAIRY MILK ALSO..I USED D CHOCOLATE TO FILL...
