1 1⁄2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter /ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon salt
chopped dhania (coriander)
Yoghurt to make soft dough
Kneed dough very well & make balls.
Allow to stand for 1 hour.
Roll out slightly thick and fry in a medium heated pan like you would fry rotis.
Heat 100gr butter with diced garlic and chopped dhania (coriander). Brush over hot naan.
