500g cubed boneless chicken Salt per taste Freshly ground black pepper per taste 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 teaspoon crushed green chillies 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 teaspoon chicken spice Chilli powder per taste 1 tb lemon juice Marinate the chicken in these ingredients for 1 hour.
For Coating: 1 cup flour ½ cup Corn flour ½ teaspoon Baking powder pepper and salt per taste Chilli powder per taste Mix all of these ingredients
Coat the chicken pieces in flour mixture, beaten eggs and flour mixture. Shallow fry the chicken pieces until golden brown
Chopped green dhania (coriander) 3 colour peppers cubed ½ cup water
