Fried Lemon Butter Chicken
500g cubed boneless chicken
Salt per taste
Freshly ground black pepper per taste
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon crushed green chillies
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chicken spice
Chilli powder per taste
1 tb lemon juice
Marinate the chicken in these ingredients for 1 hour.
For Coating:
1 cup flour
½ cup Corn flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
pepper and salt per taste
Chilli powder per taste
Mix all of these ingredients
Coat the chicken pieces in flour mixture, beaten eggs and flour mixture. Shallow fry the chicken pieces until golden brown
For Lemon Butter Sauce:
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
125g tablespoon melted butter
1 tb olive oil/oil
1 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
Salt
Chopped green dhania (coriander)
3 colour peppers cubed
½ cup water
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and the peppers. Stir fry. Add ¼ cup water, pinch of salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. Let it boil. Add the butter. Remove from stove, let the butter melt and pour over the chicken.recipe credit is
