1 kilo beef mince3 finely chopped onion1 packet shan chapli kabab masala 1 tomato cubed salt to test2 tablespoon green chilli pest2 tablespoon ginger garlic pest1 bunch green dhaniya 4 tablespoon chana flour
Drain the water out of the mince and onion
Mix all the ingredients well together
Make small tikis (patties) and fry in shallow oil
Use mince with fat
Add lemon and serve with onion rings
