Ingredients 125 g butter ½ cup icing sugar ½ cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ½ cup corn flour 2 tp 3 cups flour
Method : 1. Cream butter and sugar well. 2. Add the vanilla ,corn flour and oil ,mix well. 3. Add the flour to form a firm dough. 4. Shape and bake at 160 for 15 minutes. 5. When cold spread melted chocolate over and decorate with topping.
TOPPING: Melted chocolate Chopped almonds Chopped Brazil nuts
