INGREDIENTS
Onion chopped braise in jeeru (cumin) with ghee (Clarified butter) chicken cut into pieces
1tson dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon chicken spice
½ arad (Turmeric)
salt pepper to taste
1 teaspoon green masala
½ red ginger garlic
2 tomatoes grated
1 cup green beans
and potatoes
METHOD
Braise onion with jeeru (cumin) seeds add chicken pieces cook it till it’s brownadd all your spices and masala braise add the potatoes cook til ¾ done with cup water on med heat then add your tomato cook til done
INFO & TIPS
Serve with roti atchar beetroot or Irfaan’s chilies 😍if u want u can add more tomatoes to make it more saucy then serve with spicy rice 😍 enjoy xoxo
