1 kg steak ( I used Rump)100 g butter or garlic butter (if no garlic butter add 1 teaspoon crushed garlic to butter with little parsley )1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon crushed red chilli flakes1 tablespoon steak & spice 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon portuguese spice ½ teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon any Portuguese marinade Or any mozambican sauceSalt to tasteMarinade all above Cook on medium heat till soft and tenderNow lastly Add 1 steamed skinless chopped medium tomato or cocktail tomatoes Cook further 10 minutes Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)Enjoy With cheesy spagetti on side or creamy potato salad or chips rolls
